Olanrewaju is the Partner in charge of Corporate Services and also doubles as the Director of Practice Management. He has a degree in economics from Adekunle Ajasin University and an MBA from the prestigious University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Institute of Personality Development (IPDCRM) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Administration.

He is a seasoned training and research professional with over 9 years of progressive leadership experience across diverse industries. Recognised as an astute administrator, he possesses core skills in operation optimisation, process automation, robust policies and procedures design, people & organisational culture.

With a deep understanding of people dynamics and organisational culture, he has consistently built high-performing, values-driven teams and fostered environments that promote engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. His expertise further extends to corporate governance, risk management, and commercial operations, where he has driven strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and sustainable profitability.
